Hungry? You buy, I’ll fly.
One of the best parts of a trip to Kuala Lumpur HAS to be a visit to Jalan Alor, a food street in the Bukit Bintang area. It was so good that we came here 2 nights in a row and could have come ten.

We passed on the frogs. They seemed to be a popular choice and were prepared in a variety of ways including frog porridge.

During the day, the street is quiet, but at night it comes alive. Tables and chairs are pulled out into the street and crowds of people choose from a variety of Asian cuisines.

The fun must run through the night because when we left our hotel (which was a couple streets away) at 4am the next morning, the party was still going in the neighborhood.

Dinner on a stick?
This will definitely be the place for dinner whenever I am in KL.

The best part was sharing the experience with my son, sister, and nephew.
Guest House Shout Out:
Sahabat Guest House on Jalan Sahabat- good rooms, great location, great staff, good price. Will definitely stay there again. 5-7 minute walk from Jalan Alor.
