A Trip to the Mall

Over the last 6 weeks I feel like I have been in training for the Olympics.  Which sport you ask? Power Shopping.  This morning Melissa and I decided to head out early because weekends are busy shopping days.  We wanted to get in and out of the mall early.  We got in but we didn’t get out very fast.  Anyway, I decided to record the walk to Kota Kasablanca so you could share the scenery along the way.  It is about a 45 minute walk and the route is highlighted on the map below.  Enjoy.

  1. Hey Bethany,
I just looked through your blog. The pictures are fantastic! Thanks so much for emailing me before you left so I can follow you. It looks like you are having quite the adventure! Are you settled in? What language do they speak there? Do you like your job? It looks like they have beautiful buildings, mosques, and the mall was fantastic! You know I love a good mall. Lol. Is your school in a high rise, also? That seems so weird to me. To have school in a building and not have a free standing building for it. I’m also glad you have met new friends. You look great in the pictures! Keep posting, everything looks great!
